HERE IS WHAT NEW GRAD NURSES ARE SAYING…. ⬇️

Before working with Caroline I was feeling stuck . It had been 5 months of applying for jobs without much traction and I only ever had one interview. Around the time I joined the new nurse society I got a few interviews, Caroline helped me prepare and feel confident in answering interview questions. I truly believe that made a huge difference in how I portrayed myself in my interview and landing a job in my dream speciality pediatrics 😊.

Caroline is incredibly sweet and so supportive she’s always happy to help you with any questions you may have .

When I started preparing to find a new graduate nursing job, I realized that interviewing was my weakest area and that I needed extra help. I discovered Caroline on TikTok, where she was promoting a free webinar for new graduates, which I found incredibly helpful. As a result, I joined her New Nurse Society membership, which provided many valuable resources, including cover letter tips, resume modifications, and mock interviews. I utilized these resources, and they significantly boosted my applications and increased my interview offers.

Thanks to the resources from the New Nurse Society and Caroline's tremendous help, I landed multiple job offers in the Bay Area, one of which I accepted in my desired specialty!

Now, I feel more confident in my interviewing skills and believe I can apply these skills to future interviews. I highly recommend using Caroline's New Nurse Society resources to enhance your job search in this competitive new-grad nursing landscape.

I joined the New Nurse Society shortly after graduating from nursing school. Landing a job in California, especially in the Bay Area, as a new graduate nurse is extremely difficult, as the positions are highly competitive.

After facing multiple application rejections, I decided to join NNS and reach out to Caroline. Caroline and all of her resources were instrumental in me landing a job at my dream hospital in the Bay Area!

I highly recommend joining the New Nurse Society if you are a new graduate looking for resources and advice during the grueling process of job hunting. I found her Q&A sessions, guest speakers, interview prep workshops, and templates to be extremely helpful! I would also specifically recommend doing a mock interview with Caroline. During the mock interview session, I was able to practice my answers, get helpful feedback, and build my confidence going into my upcoming interviews.

Thanks to Caroline and the New Nurse Society, I was able to land my dream job after one application cycle!

I appreciate everything Caroline has done to help us new graduates start their nursing career and I am incredibly grateful to have her as a resource and mentor. Caroline is the best - she is so kind and encouraging. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

This course was excellent! I had many questions clarified, had aspects of a resume brought up that numerous professors failed to mention, and it was all presented in a very organized and thoughtful manner. Getting to see multiple concise and extremely well written examples of a cover letter was the most helpful aspect for me, although I learned so much from the course as a whole.

Caroline was gracious enough to review my resume and give me detailed recommendations to improve it. I was really struggling because I graduated a couple of years ago and was nervous it would be a problem, but with her guidance, I received job offers for each of the 3 interviews I attended. She was also super nice throughout my job search and even took the time to answer my billion questions. I secured my first RN position at my dream hospital thanks to her help!! I highly recommend working with her; she is attentive and knows what she’s doing. This was an important time in my life, and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to reassure and encourage me. Thank you, Caroline!!

When I first started working with Caroline, I honestly felt like I was a defeated individual that was starting to lose motivation on my nursing journey. I had a resume and cover letter that felt like it did not accurately represent who I was and what all I have accomplished. Anyone I would reach out and ask about how my new nurse resume should look like gave me different answers. I felt like my resume & cover letter was one of the main reasons I did not gain traction for jobs.

Once I worked with Caroline for my resume and cover letter, I gained traction and was able to have multiple interviews. Most importantly, I had a resume and cover letter that displayed who I was which made me feel very proud. I have always believed that first impressions are everything. How does one possibly set a good first impression through a resume and cover letter? Caroline was able to help provide that.

The resources within the New Nurse Society helped me better craft my resume and cover letter. The workshop for interviews was beyond helpful on how to better prepare for interviews and how to answer different types of interview questions. Honestly, all of the resources that are provided within the New Nurse Society (NNS) are things that I wish nursing school had for all of us to help us prepare to be new nurses in the field. The career coaching calls are a great way to ask Caroline any questions that you may have. It’s also a neat way to meet other members of the New Nurse Society and see where they are at in their own nursing journey.

In the NNS, you truly do not feel like you are alone and you will see that many of us are struggling with the same things where you will receive so much support and kindness. It really is a safe and welcoming environment!

Since working with Caroline and being a part of the NNS, I was able to land a new nurse position for an organization that I know I was meant to be a part of. I am truly excited for this next part of my nursing journey where I would not be able to have done it without Caroline’s unwavering amount of guidance, support, positivity, and kindness. Caroline truly takes the time to get to know you and helps address any issues you may be facing. Most importantly, she is genuine in what she does and truly wants to help new grad nurses. You can tell this is a passion of hers that she holds very closely to her heart. I promise you that she will become your biggest cheerleader and the one that will bring you back to center if you are stressing about everything under the sun.

She truly embodies a motto that I love to live by, “We have two hands for a reason. One to help ourselves and another hand to help others around us”.

A More Comprehensive Testimonial…

I had been through several unsuccessful interviews until I found out about the New Nurse Society. I joined and coincidentally landed another interview that same week. I took advantage of its resources and booked a mock interview with Caroline a few days before my interview. The mock interview felt like a real interview and Caroline provided me with valuable feedback, a recording and a tip sheet. This experience gave me the confidence and prepared me well to walk into my interview and answer questions without hesitation. As a result I got hired into a Med Surg position in Miami.

Working with Caroline could not have been smoother! I had a great experience and I wish everyone knew about Caroline as an invaluable asset to ones new graduate journey. I was so nervous for my interview. I worked closely with Caroline and I do not think I would get the job offer if I didn't work with Caroline! I was able to work through many clinical and behavioral questions which really prepared me for my interview. Thank you Caroline again for all your support and help!

My experience with the New Nurse Society was amazing. Caroline is so welcoming and incredibly helpful. Her mock interview session was beyond valuable, it covered nearly every question I was actually asked in my real interviews. I really struggled with structuring my answers and closing them out well, but she helped me clean up my responses and even provided a helpful script to follow. Thanks to her guidance, I walked into my interviews feeling confident and more than prepared. I ended up receiving two interviews and two job offers! I’m so grateful for Caroline and all her support, she truly is the best.

Your organization of the 3 L's was extremely helpful. As a student, interviews are daunting, but you gave a very personable and real perspective that helped me understand to be my authentic self. Your emphasis on my individuality grew my confidence moving forward. I appreciate the workbook as well. Thank you so much :)

Before viewing the interview workshop, I was feeling overwhelmed by the new graduate interview process. Graduating in 2 months, I had been procrastinating on applying due to nervousness. The workshop’s step-by-step breakdown from the beginning to the follow-up letter was incredibly beneficial. The accompanying workbook helped me in taking detailed notes. Thanks to your guidance, I now feel more confident about applying.

This course answered so many questions I had regarding hiring process for new grads. I am an older new grad and it was awesome to hear what to expect in a job market that is new to me and an interviewing process that is very career specific.

Overall loved the information that was given it was thorough and really helped guide the new grad to great options for a good basis. After this course I feel more confident to edit and fix up my current resume and add a cover page as I never knew how to write it. Thank you for the information it was greatly appreciated and will be used for my nursing jobs in the future !

Caroline gave me a lot of things to think about that I had not thought of before! I am thankful for her knowledge and insight. Listening to her presentation has really given me a better idea of what to expect and how to better prepare for my first interviews once I am able!

I found this workshop to be so very valuable! I am 41 and cannot remember the last time I had a job interview. I feel so much more confident about applying for nursing jobs after graduation. I plan to utilize Caroline for resume and cover letter consultation, since I also have not written a resume since I was twenty something. Thank you so much!!

I learned a lot from this course, specially coming with no experience about building a resume/cover letter. I like how it is very new nurse-specific and all the different examples you give so it can relate to more than 1 person/situation. This course not only includes recordings explaining each part of the content but also templates to get us started. Another thing I really loved is the workbook, it is very organized and have a space after every part that have to be completed so you don't have to worry about doing everything at once, instead, work on it little by little in the workbook and then put everything together in the template document. If you are a new graduate nurse, this is a perfect starting point because the course highlights everything that is important to get your career started even if you don't have experience in a hospital setting.
