But I know you may be thinking…

That sounds nice BUT….

❌ There’s a nursing shortage, getting a job will be easy!

✔️ Reality: There is NOT a nursing shortage for new grads. New graduate roles are still highly competitive, especially in desirable hospitals and specialties. Hiring teams aren’t short on applicants but they only have a limited number of spots for new grad nurses.

❌ “I’ll just wing it, interviews are more about personality anyway.”

✔️ Reality: Personality matters but unstructured answers cost offers. Hiring teams use behavioral and clinical frameworks to evaluate candidates. Winging it often leads to freezing, rambling, or missing key safety and professionalism cues.

❌ “I already know how to answer interview questions.”

✔️ Reality: Knowing what to say and knowing how to say it strategically are two very different things. Most candidates ramble, undersell themselves, make common mistakes or miss what hiring teams are actually listening for, this course teaches you how to answer with intention, structure, and confidence.

Did You Know?

Did You Know?

  • On average, it takes most new grad nurses ~6 months to land their first job… not start working, but to actually receive an offer!

  • The majority of college career centers don’t provide interview skills, tips and tools specific for new grad nursing roles.

  • Many nursing programs have professors teaching “resume prep”, yet most have never worked in nurse hiring or recruitment, meaning their advice often misses what hiring managers are really looking for.

I can help you.

It has been incredible working with Caroline. From the beginning, it felt incredible to be validated about how challenging it is to find a job as a new grad RN. Being from California, that process can be even more difficult, and I knew that I needed to look to resources so that I could achieve my goals (especially since I have no previous healthcare experience.)

Since I had no job, I had all the time in the world to scroll on TikTok! My for you page was working overtime because it gave me Caroline as a resource. I actually sent her video to a few friends and we all attended her free workshop together. (One of my friends had an interview the next day - she nailed it after the workshop and got an ICU position in SoCal!)

I joined the community from there and used all the resources available to me on the Skool app. I was able to strengthen my resume and cover letters by using her resources, which helped get me more opportunities to interview. I then followed her advice on answering interview questions, which landed me my first job at a hospital in SoCal on a telemetry unit.

I have been learning so much and loving my time there; however, my dream specialty has always been ICU. I still continued to apply to other new grad residencies because the ICU at my current hospital lacks technology I eventually want to work with. I reapplied to a hospital nearby that had actually rejected me prior to working with Caroline. They offered me the opportunity to interview for an ICU position! I had to drive over straight off of night shift - in scrubs and everything - because that was the only day they did interviews. Even with night shift brain and after a 12 hour shift, I was able to rely on Caroline's systematic approach to answering tough behavioral questions and clinical scenarios.

Thanks to her helpful advice, I got the job and will be starting my ICU position this January in Southern CA! I am so beyond grateful that I invested into this as a resource early on because it gave me the tools to showcase my personality and skillset in a way that set me apart from other applicants. Thank you so much Caroline for all your help in making my goals become a reality ❤️

Joyce’s Story…

- Joyce W.

When I first joined this community, my biggest challenge was preparing for new graduate nurse interviews. I was excited to start my nursing career, but I also felt nervous and unsure of what to expect. I didn’t know how to organize my thoughts, how to answer questions in a way that truly reflected my skills, or how to calm my nerves so I could be my best self in an interview.

The support and resources I received here made all the difference. The interview preparation materials helped me understand common questions and how to answer them in a way that felt true to who I am as a nurse.

Because of this preparation, I walked into my real interviews feeling calm, prepared, and confident. And the best part is that I got the job! It was such an exciting moment, and I know I wouldn’t have been as prepared without the help I received here.

I now feel more confident in my communication skills, better equipped to handle challenges at work, and genuinely excited about where my nursing career is heading. I’m so grateful for the support, encouragement, and guidance I found here.

WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING

Brianna R.

“Caroline is so welcoming and incredibly helpful. Her mock interview session was beyond valuable, it covered nearly every question I was actually asked in my real interviews. I really struggled with structuring my answers and closing them out well, but she helped me clean up my responses and even provided a helpful script to follow. Thanks to her guidance, I walked into my interviews feeling confident and more than prepared. I ended up receiving two interviews and two job offers! I’m so grateful for Caroline and all her support, she truly is the best.”

Erika B.

“ I had been through several unsuccessful interviews until I found out about the New Nurse Society. I joined and coincidentally landed another interview that same week. I took advantage of its resources and booked a mock interview with Caroline a few days before my interview. The mock interview felt like a real interview and Caroline provided me with valuable feedback, a recording and a tip sheet. This experience gave me the confidence and prepared me well to walk into my interview and answer questions without hesitation. As a result I got hired into a Med Surg position in Miami.”

Have Questions?

I’ve Got Answers!

  • I know your schedule is packed. Between school, clinicals, work, and life, finding extra time can feel overwhelming. The Interview Blueprint includes about 3 hours of recorded lessons, broken into short, focused modules so you can make progress without burnout.

Most students complete the course in two to three sittings, with time built in to pause, reflect, and apply what you’re learning to your own experiences. Think of this less like a lecture and more like a guided working session that saves you hours of trial and error.

In short: About 3 hours total, designed to fit into 2–3 focused study sessions.

  • Yes — 100%. This is a self-paced course, so you can pause, rewind, rewatch, or revisit lessons whenever you need to. Some students like to move steadily through everything, while others focus on specific modules if an interview is coming up soon.

There’s no pressure to “keep up.” The goal is confidence and clarity, not speed.

In short: You can move through the course entirely at your own pace.

  • You’ll have ongoing access to the course lessons and all included resources. That means you can return to the material for future interviews, new opportunities, or even when preparing for a unit transfer or second job.

This is designed to be something you can come back to as your career evolves.

In short: You’ll have continued access to revisit lessons and resources anytime and indefinitely.

  • The course is intentionally designed to be completed in sequence, because each module builds on the one before it. The frameworks you learn early on are used throughout the interview question lessons.

That said, if you’re on a tight timeline, you can jump to the most relevant sections and come back later. The structure supports both approaches.

In short: Best completed in order, but flexible if you need to jump ahead.

  • You’ll receive several practical, printable resources designed to support you before, during, and after interviews, including:

    • The Interview Blueprint Workbook (your main companion throughout the course)

    • A Comprehensive Interview Question Practice Bank

    • The Ultimate Interview Checklist

    • A List of Strategic Questions to Ask the Hiring Team

These resources are meant to be used alongside the lessons and then reused for future interviews.

In short: You’ll get a workbook, practice questions, interview checklist, and hiring-team question guide.

  • Interview Blueprint is designed specifically for anyone preparing for new grad nurse interviews in today’s competitive job market. It’s especially helpful if you feel unsure how to prepare, anxious about interviews, or overwhelmed by conflicting advice.

Everything is taught with the new grad perspective in mind — no assumptions, no judgment, just clear guidance.

In short: Built for nursing students and new grad nurses preparing to interview for a new grad nurse job.

  • Not at all. While it’s ideal for brand new grads, it’s also incredibly helpful if you’ve already graduated, interviewed once or twice, or feel like you “should be further along.”

Many students use this course after a rejection to understand what went wrong and how to improve their next interview.

In short: Helpful for students, recent grads, and anyone still working toward an offer.

  • That’s actually one of the best times to take this course. Interview Blueprint helps you identify common mistakes new grads make, refine your answers, and approach your next interview with a clearer strategy.

You’ll learn how to sound confident, structured, and prepared — even if your last interview didn’t go the way you hoped.

In short: Yes, this course helps you learn from past interviews and improve for the next one.

  • Yes — this is one of the biggest reasons students take Interview Blueprint. Instead of memorizing answers, you’ll learn repeatable frameworks that help you organize your thoughts even when nerves kick in.

When you know how to structure an answer, and prepare your interview answers, you’re far less likely to freeze or ramble.

In short: The frameworks & interview prep help you stay calm, focused, and confident — even when nervous.

  • Absolutely. The strategies taught apply to both in-person and virtual interviews, including communication skills, body language awareness, and how to make a strong first impression in any format.

There is also a bonus lesson specific to virtual interviewing.

In short: Yes — it works for both in-person and virtual interviews.

  • While there is a nursing shortage overall, new graduate positions are still highly competitive. Hiring teams often review hundreds of applications for a limited number of spots, and many candidates make the same avoidable interview mistakes.

Interview Blueprint teaches you what hiring teams are actually listening for and how to stand out from the crowd.

In short: New grad roles are still competitive, and strategy matters.

  • Interview Blueprint is built entirely from real hiring experience, not generic interview advice. Everything taught comes from years of interviewing, hiring, and evaluating new graduate nurses.

In short: It’s based on real nurse hiring experience — not generic interview tips.
